Idag var jag på en dansklass, som för mej verkade vara en helt godtycklig blandning av Cunningham- Graham- och releaseteknik plus lite som jag inte kunde identifiera och därför antar var lärarens egna grejer. Jag tycker att det är väldigt förvirrande. Olika tekniker har olika filosofier och olika fokus. När man blandar så där lite hur som helst ser jag ingen röd tråd genom klassen och kroppen känner sej mest förvirrad - liksom huvudet.

Hur tänker ni? Kan man blanda sina influenser hur som helst?
